This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to marichemarketing.com and any services we provide. Information We Collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver services.

When you contact us, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional, if you provide it)
• Your business name and industry (if you share it)
• The content of your message

Automatically when you visit our site:

• IP address and approximate location (city/state level)
• Browser type and device information
• Pages viewed and how you arrived on our site
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below)

If you become a client, we additionally collect:

• Billing information (processed through our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers ourselves)
• Login credentials for platforms you authorize us to access on your behalf
• Files, content, and materials you share with us to deliver services

How We Use Your Information

• Respond to your inquiry. When you reach out, we use your information to reply and discuss working together.
• Deliver services. If you become a client, we use your information to deliver the work you've engaged us for.
• Send marketing communications. Only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Improve our website and services. Aggregate analytics help us understand what works.
• Comply with legal obligations. Tax records, contracts, and anti-fraud checks.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for cross-site behavioral advertising.

How We Handle Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Data

Mariche Marketing is a Meta Tech Provider. Our business clients grant us access to their own Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, WhatsApp Business accounts, and ad accounts through Meta Business Manager so our team can manage those assets on their behalf through our Mariche Apex application. There is no consumer login — the only people who use the app are authorized Mariche staff acting for a consenting client.

From our clients' connected Meta assets — and only those explicitly granted to us — we access:

• Page and Instagram content, post and media identifiers, and scheduling metadata
• Engagement and insights metrics used to build the client's performance reports
• Comments and messages we moderate and respond to on the client's behalf
• Advertising performance data and leads submitted through the client's lead-generation ad forms

We use this data solely to deliver the marketing services the client has engaged us for. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising to other parties, and we do not send Meta platform data to third-party AI systems. We store it on a per-client basis using Cloudflare (hosting) and Microsoft 365 (storage); access tokens are held in an encrypted secrets manager (1Password). We retain it only for the duration of the engagement and delete it on request or when the engagement ends. Our handling of this data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers we rely on to run the business, each bound by its own privacy and security commitments. By category, these include:

• A CRM platform for contacts, lead records, and pipeline.
• Cloud productivity and storage for email, calendar, and documents.
• Web hosting, domain, and security infrastructure for running and protecting this site.
• Accounting software and a payment processor for billing. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• AI service providers that assist our work. We do not send personally identifying client information to AI tools except where it is necessary to deliver a specific task you have engaged us for.
• An e-signature provider for agreements and contracts.

We may also share information when required by law (subpoena, court order, government request) or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand site usage: pages viewed, time on site, how you arrived, and approximate location/device/browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may limit some functionality.

Email Communications

If you provide your email and opt in, you may receive marketing emails and newsletters. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you provide your phone number, we may text you replies from our business line; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access: request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate information
• Deletion: ask us to delete your information (subject to legal record-keeping)
• Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing at any time

To exercise any of these, email jason@marichemarketing.com. We respond within 30 days. California (CCPA) and EU (GDPR) residents have additional rights, which we honor on the same terms.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time. To request deletion of data associated with your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp information that Mariche Marketing LLC may hold:

1. Email jason@marichemarketing.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the Page, Instagram, or business name involved.
2. We will confirm your identity or authority and delete the associated data from our systems within 30 days, then confirm completion by email.
3. You may also immediately revoke Mariche's access at any time in Meta Business Manager → Business settings by removing our business or app, or in your Facebook or Instagram app settings — which halts all further data access.

Data Retention

• Inquiry/contact data: up to 24 months unless you become a client
• Client records: the duration of our engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal record-keeping
• Marketing list: until you unsubscribe
• Analytics: anonymized and aggregated after 14 months

Security

We protect your information with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including managed credentials, access controls, and encrypted transmission (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure. If we ever experience a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you as required by law.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll update the Effective Date above. For material changes, we'll provide additional notice.
